You may use CHW Design to create apparel mockups, upload logos or reference images, generate AI-assisted starting points, save projects, and export mockup files. You are responsible for the content you upload, generate, save, or export.

Some features require an account, including saving projects. You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You keep your rights to logos, images, prompts, and mockup content you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, preview, save, and export that content as part of providing the service.

You must not upload or generate content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy rights, is unlawful, or is harmful to the service or other users.

AI features create starting points and suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving final mockups before using or sharing them. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to other generated content.

Exported files are provided for mockup and communication purposes. You are responsible for confirming that colors, logos, placement, resolution, and manufacturing requirements are correct before production.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We work to keep CHW Design reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

We may restrict or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if use of the service creates risk, or if required for legal or security reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.
